Every order includes complimentary delivery, setup, and pickup. Our standard pickup time is no later than 9:00 PM within a 20-mile radius of our warehouse. Pickup requests beyond 9:00 PM will incur an additional fee. If your order is outside the 20-mile radius, delivery costs will be determined based on the location and the need for setup assistance from our movers and/or florist. Contact us via email, and we'll provide a customized quote based on these factors. You can find more information about late-night pickup fees in our terms and conditions.
Payment Options: We offer multiple upfront payment options, including Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
At the end of your event, we'll retrieve all the rentals the following day by noon/after completion. Please note that the rental price covers setup at one location only. Additional charges apply if you require the rental item to be relocated from the ceremony to the reception or elsewhere.
Delivery Information: Within a 20-mile radius of Metro Detroit, we provide free delivery, setup, and pickup if your pickup occurs before 9:00 PM. If you're unsure whether your event address qualifies for free delivery, please share the address with us, and we'll confirm. For locations exceeding 20 miles, a fee applies, with a maximum of 75 miles.
Venue Compatibility: Kindly confirm with your venue that our rentals will fit in the desired location.
Specialized Items: Certain items like arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops require special attention. They may need to be disassembled and reassembled by our team due to insurance restrictions. Our larger items, such as garden arches, floral pillars, and flower walls, also require our team's handling to prevent damage during transportation.
We aim to coordinate with your venue directly to streamline the setup, delivery, storage, and pickup processes. To facilitate this, we request your venue's name, address, and phone number.
